I am a psychology professional offering counselling services alongside ongoing academic research. My work focuses on supporting individuals with emotional difficulties, relationship concerns, stress, and personal challenges, using an approach informed by psychological knowledge, research, and ethical practice.
I aim to create a safe and non-judgmental space where individuals can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences openly. Through counselling, I support clients in building emotional awareness, self-understanding, and healthier ways of coping, while remaining actively engaged in academic learning and research in psychology.
In addition to counselling, I also provide purpose-specific mental fitness assessments for legal, performance, and institutional requirements. These include psychological fitness certifications for matters such as decision-making capacity, legal documentation, and child artist or performance readiness. All assessments are conducted within the scope of psychological practice and professional ethical guidelines.
My approach is based on empathy, respect, and collaboration. Rather than offering quick fixes, I work with individuals to reflect on their experiences, understand patterns, and develop meaningful insight and personal growth.
Both my counselling practice and psychological assessment work are guided by ethical responsibility, ongoing professional development, and research-informed mental health care.
I provide individual counselling for adults who are experiencing emotional distress, stress, anxiety, relationship difficulties, or challenges in managing their emotions. Sessions offer a confidential and supportive space where you can talk openly, explore your concerns, and work at a pace that feels comfortable and right for you. The counselling process is collaborative, with a strong focus on emotional safety, understanding, and practical personal insight.
Alongside my counselling work, I am actively involved in academic training and research in psychology. My areas of interest include relationships, emotional experiences, and the impact of digital life and social media on mental health. Staying engaged in research allows me to bring current psychological knowledge and evidence-informed perspectives into my work, helping ensure that the support I offer is thoughtful, relevant, and up to date.
